- Fill the form for account opening and submit to customer care
- Copy of any one of the following documents national ID, Valid driving License, or Passport
- Two photos passport size
- Home physical address details
- Letter from employers

Requirements for Individuals Opening Current Account (USD&SSP)
- Fill Form for account opening and submit it to customer care
- If your official, Bring recommendation 2111 letter from place of work
- For (foreigners) Passport with valid visa , work permit and resident permit
- For Business person with copy of trade license and recommendation from two prominent customers
- Two photos passport Size
- Copy of your National ID, License, Valid Passport
- Documents of Resident physical address include House No and Street Name

Accounts Opening Requirements for Companies, Embassies, INGOs, NNGOs, Churches and others Entities
- Fill For opening account and submit it to customer care
- Article of Association copy
- Board of directors resolution for opening of the account
- Legal documents (registration certificate ,Tax Identification Number, operation license, chamber certificate and membership certificate
- Company directors National ID or Passport
- Documents showing your office physical address
